Helping people realize their full potential

For more than 15 years, I worked in college admissions, sitting at the intersection of ambition, pressure, and uncertainty. I met with both  young adults trying to decide who they were supposed to be and adults who were looking for direction and quietly questioning if they were still on the right path.


What I learned during those years shaped everything I do today.


I saw how fear of failure, comparison, and external expectations can slowly erode confidence. I watched capable, intelligent people-second-guess themselves, feeling disconnected from their own inner compass. And I also witnessed what happens when someone finally feels seen, understood, and supported: clarity emerges, confidence strengthens, and forward movement becomes possible.


That experience led me to coaching.


Today, as a coach, I help women who feel stuck, anxious, or unsure of their direction reconnect with themselves. I help young adults who are in need of direction and clarity. Using tools grounded in Positive Intelligence, neuroscience, and mindset coaching, I help clients quiet their inner critic, build resilience, and move toward lives that feel purposeful and aligned.


My work is not about fixing people - it’s about helping them remember who they already are.


I believe clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from learning how to listen inward, trust yourself again, and take intentional steps forward. My role is to walk beside you as you navigate your journey—with compassion, structure, and steady guidance.
